Charges
Transportation, government imposed taxes, transfers, meals, or accidental expenses are not included in this offer. Hotel will require a major credit card imprint upon check-in to cover incidental expenses. Group travel fees will apply to each certificate holder (more than 1 certificate) requesting to travel together. Each certificate holder must submit travel requests separately. Company has the exclusive right to alter, amend or add to the charges to which the purchaser may be subject and the terms and conditions under which such charges may be imposed.
Restrictions
This certificate has no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred. Must be 21 years or older to participate in this offer. Void where prohibited by law and is not valid for sponsors, distributors, employees or family members of sponsors, distributors or employees. This offer cannot be used concurrently with any other travel offer. If acceptable to the purchaser, comparable alternate accommodations or facilities in a city or reservations for a date different than that requested may be provided. THIS VACATION OFFER EXPIRES 1 YEAR FROM DATE OF ISSUE AND TRAVEL MUST BE COMPLETED BEFORE THE EXPIRATION DATE. You will be required to provide your desired destination and a set of dates at least 60 days in advance and a second set of dates at least 45 days after the first set, in the evenr no accommodations are available on the first set of dates.
Documentation
It is the responsibility of each traveler to provide proper travel documentation. Visit http://travel.state.gov for information relating to travel requirements. Do not depart for your vacation until you have received your Confirmation Letter and Hotel Voucher. Certificate holder or one of the traveling adults must provide the hotel confirmation, proper photo identification and valid major credit card at check-in. No company involved with this offer is not responsible for denial of check-in due to aforementioned.
Responsibilities
No company involved with this offer assumes any liability for damage, expense or inconvenience nor for loss, injury, death or damage to any persons or possessions at any hotel or on any aircraft or in transit to and from hotel/aircraft or for any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellations due to nature, mechanical breakdown, strikes or acts of God. No company involved with this offer assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representation made in conjunction with this offer by any distributor and/or their agents other than those included in this offer. No company involved with this offer will make every effort to accommodate your travel dates but reserves the right to offer alternative dates and locations when necessary.
Cancellations
Cancellations of confirmed reservations are subject to forfeiture of all paid fees and deposits. Cancellation penalties may apply and certificate will be ineligible for future use. No changes are permitted to confirmed reservations. This contract is for purchase of a vacation certificate and puts all assignees on notice of the consumer’s right to cancel under section 559.933 Florida Statues. If a sale agreement to purchase a vacation certificate is completed over the telephone, the seller shall inform the purchaser over the telephone that: (1) The purchaser may cancel the contract without penalty or obligation within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the vacation certificate whichever occurs later. (2) The purchaser may also cancel the contract if accommodations or facilities are not available upon request for use as provided in the contract.
